Administration Assistant
SOF is a Christian school of supernatural ministry featuring the Bethel School of Supernatural ministry curriculum. Our mission is Revival: the personal, regional and global expansion of God’s Kingdom through His manifest presence.
SOF’s mission is to EQUIP and DEPLOY Revivalists who passionately pursue worldwide transformation in their God-given spheres of influence.
Over the past year we’ve experienced growth, and now we’re looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team.

Overview of the Role:
· 8 - 15 hours per week
· Flexible hours
· $25 - $30 per hour
Your role will include supporting the student applications process by following up missing information, scheduling interviews, setting up new students in our systems, assessing applications, and owning the process to get people ready to start school.
Your role will also include other administrative support tasks to support current students and the day-to-day operation of school. This will include responding to emails, managing calendars, booking travel and other office duties.
Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:
· Ability to understand people, discern where they are at, read between the lines, and assess if SOF is a suitable fit
· Excellent administration and coordination ability
· Pervious experience in clerical duties
· Excellent communication
· Microsoft Office
· BSSM training or study of other Bethel or evangelistic materials would be considered an asset
