In choosing to apply to study at the School of Faith, I agree to the following terms: * Upholding a Revivalist lifestyle (https://www.sof.co/revivalist-lifestyle) * Cultivating a culture of honour at School * Being bold in taking appropriate spiritual steps/risks * Trusting my teachers and leaders * Being on time to classes and events * Maintaining at least 90% attendance at my classes * Honouring others when working in groups by being diligent and encouraging * Regular communication with my leader * Releasing any photos taken of me by School of Faith staff to be used for website or promotion material * Participating in mission programs and/or outreach events * Paying tuition fees by the due-date (including if I am on a payment plan) * Collection and use of information I disclose * Reading and abiding by the information and policies of the School of Faith found in the Student Prospectus/Info Pack and handbook or at www.sof.co. I acknowledge that: * All School of Faith content is made available solely for educational purposes. * The opinions, views and instruction provided by School of Faith staff, lectures and workshops are not intended to be substituted as medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and should not be considered counselling, therapy, treatment, recommendations, endorsements or advice of any kind. * School of Faith websites and/or application forms may use my contact information (name, email address, mailing address, etc.) and demographic information (country, gender, etc.) for future communications. * The School of Faith uses online interactions such as Facebook discussion boards, WhatsApp groups, message threads, email accounts, short message service (SMS), instant messaging and Google Drive to communicate and send information to students. I am solely responsible for the content I post or send using these technologies.
